30 day return policy

A return slip is included in the purchase of any apparel. You will need to complete and online form and send the item back at your own expense. For home decor products please fill in the contact form and notify us you wish to return the product.  

Misprinted/damaged/defective items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

Wrong size
Shop easy knowing you can get a new size. You will be liable for the shipping cost to and from the warehouse. Depending on stock we can offer you a new size or a refund.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Custom products
If there is a misprint or damaged product we are offer a replacement or refund. You will need to provide proof. Due to the nature of custom products we are offer change of mind refunds or returns. Please choose carefully
